Privacy Policy
SMS / Text Messaging Privacy
IMPORTANT NOTICE REGARDING TEXT MESSAGING DATA Buck A-1 Pressure Washing Service, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") DOES NOT share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential.
How You Opt In
Users opt in through the chat widget ("Have a question?") in the lower-right corner of every page at https://bucka1.sites.marketingax.com. They enter their name and mobile phone number and actively check one or both consent checkboxes, which describe the categories of messages they will receive, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The chat widget is the only place on the website where phone numbers or SMS consent are collected.
