SMS Messaging Program

Program Description

This campaign, operated by Buck A-1 Pressure Washing Service, LLC, sends non-promotional SMS messages to customers about estimate requests, appointment scheduling and confirmations, arrival notices, and service updates. Customers may also opt in to receive promotional messages about seasonal specials, discounts, and service reminders. Messages are only sent to users who provide explicit consent on our website. Message frequency varies, up to 4 messages per month. Message & data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out at any time.

How to Opt In

Users opt in through the chat widget ("Have a question?") in the lower-right corner of every page at https://bucka1.sites.marketingax.com. They enter their name and mobile phone number and actively check one or both consent checkboxes, which describe the categories of messages they will receive, the message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and that they can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The chat widget is the only place on the website where phone numbers or SMS consent are collected.
